Intergovernmental Solutions Awards 

Since 2003 ACT-IAC has recognized intergovernmental programs that demonstrate excellence in the management and application of IT resources.  The Intergovernmental Solutions Awards (ISA) are open to federal programs that include a significant intergovernmental component and to state and local programs.  The awards are managed by a committee of government and industry executives chaired by the head of the Intergovernmental Advisory Board.

Winning programs are announced at the annual Management of Change conference and the finalists are invited to exhibit their program at MOC.
