As chair of the Industry Advisory Council, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our website where you will find more details on all the activities and resources available to our membership. As you review the site, you will see that IAC is different from any other “Association”.
1) We enjoy a unique relationship with government that allows us to work collaboratively and ethically on issues.
2) We do not lobby, but rather educate and collaborate.
3) We work with the ACT board, the administration, departments and congress on their important issues!
4) Lastly, we are “Volunteer” based.
This last point means that you can not only join and enjoy our membership with all it has to offer, but you can actually get involved and make substantial contributions to our work. I encourage you to jump into IAC with both feet! There are many ways to get involved and I am confident you will find that IAC (and its website) is an excellent way to stay current and engaged in government issues.
