Course Description: 
EVM is often required by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to be implemented for Federal Agency programs and is a contractual requirement for Government Contractors.   In addition, EVM is also a great tool for executives to understand the status and performance of their organization’s projects and programs, in a simple and concise way.  This course will provide the executive with the necessary background for understanding effectively incorporating EVM in their management processes.
