Associates Program

It’s a long climb to the top in an organization. The ACT-IAC Associates Program provides rising professionals an opportunity to jumpstart career advancement by instilling an understanding of the culture of government  and industry organizations. Leadership and professionalism go hand-in-hand, and Associates will be quicker out of the gate after completing the curriculum.

ACT-IAC has responded to the requests of government and industry to help develop your newest professionals in your organization.

The Associates program is to prepare new professionals for their future roles as leaders in government and industry  Each candidate must be recommended by an executive in his or her respective company or agency, complete an application, and meet the criteria for the Program.

 Why? ...Why now?

The current environment requires new entrants to the government community to understand protocols and culture. Interactive classes from government and industry experts will imbue new employees with skills essential to becoming fully productive members of the workforce in the shortest possible timeframe.

ACT and IAC members asked us to help compress the learning curve for new employees coming into the government and corporate world, by teaching skills usually acquired over several years.
