Consider applying if your Agency/Bureau/Office had a project that had a significant improvement in mission delivery.
Nominees will be evaluated on their program improvements and therefore, nominations must describe the before and after scenarios as well as the metrics of the improvements. Judges will be looking for demonstrated and measurable mission delivery improvements reflecting:
• Increases in EFFICIENCY
• Improvements in MULTIPLE STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION
• Leverage of TECHNOLOGY and INNOVATION (such as green computing or improved security)
• Enhancements in CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
