Application Submission Instructions
- Log into the ACT-IAC website (if you do not have an account and need to create one click here).
- Complete the required information.
- Click on the "Attach File" link to browse and upload each document you wish to include with your submission.

Viewing your Completed Entry
After you complete the upload process you will be able to view your entry and any supporting documentation.
- Click “Review My Entry”.
- Hoover over your linked name under the Title section, click the dropdown arrow and then select “Edit Item”.

- Here you will be able to view, delete and attach documents.
