This track looks at balancing the ever growing emphasis on cloud computing, as a service, and the utilization of Internet-based capabilities and provisioning with the CIOs’ and government agencies’ responsibilities and financial pressures. Paramount is the CIO’s need to continue to meet all of the legal, regulatory and procedural requirements while dealing with increasing security complexities and the need to be fiscally responsible.
