The Obama Administration has made significant strides in achieving its vision to transform the government to enhance transparency and accountability and engage citizens using innovative technology and business processes. Now, at about the halfway point, the Administration is seeking to achieve even greater gains in government efficiency and effectiveness, with significant management and acquisition reform initiatives underway.
