What is the press policy for this event?
 
ACT-IAC’s Operating principles require that the organization and all of its activities be conducted in a manner that is objective, vendor-neutral and transparent.  In accordance with these principals, the general assumption governing ACT-IAC activities is that they shall be open to the press unless an exception is specifically made in advance or, in some cases, on-the-spot due to a speaker request, or other unforeseen circumstances. All conference plenary, breakout and workshop sessions shall be open to the press and on the record.
 
What is provided in the registration fee?
 
All registered attendees will have access to the full day of events, listed on the Agenda page. Continental breakfast, lunch, and a reception is also provided.

What is the SBC Cancellation policy?

If you need to make any changes to your registration you may do so by emailing
SBCreg@actgov.org. You will receive a full refund of your SBC registration fee if the cancellation is made before February 25th, 2013. Cancellation requests of any registrations received after February 25th and before March 15th will be subject to a $75 processing fee.

Fees are non-refundable after March 15, 2013. No shows will be charged the full registration fee.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to
SBCReg@actgov.org; cancellations are not accepted via telephone.
