For three decades, the Management of Change Conference has served as a catalyst for collaboration across the government IT community. Before the advent of today's Web 2.0 and social media capabilities, the American Council for Technology (ACT) has been committed to creating a purposeful forum for bringing federal, state, and local government IT professionals together with the Industry Advisory Council’s (IAC) wide range of IT industry participants. Our common purpose continues to be participation in an event filled with opportunities for connecting, sharing information, forming relationships, and working together to bring innovation and quality to resolving shared issues.
Our goal for the 2010 Management of Change Conference is to continue the tradition by assembling a stellar array of technical and program experts to address the government’s IT strategic agenda and share the strategies, tools and best practices that lead to success through collaboration.
