
Since 2003 ACT-IAC has recognized intergovernmental programs that demonstrate excellence in the management and application of IT resources. The Intergovernmental Solutions Awards (ISA) are open to federal programs that include a significant intergovernmental component and to state and local programs. The nominations are judged by a panel of government and industry executives. Winning programs are announced at the annual Management of Change conference and the finalists are invited to demonstrate their program at MOC.
