Inclement Weather Event Cancellation Notice
All ACT-IAC events are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather and ACT-IAC reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event. If the event is cancelled and will not be rescheduled, paid registrants will be given a full refund. If the event is cancelled and will be rescheduled, registrants will be given the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund. Registrants will not be refunded if the event is not cancelled. Please call the Inclement Weather hotline at 703.208.4800 ext. 225 or go to http://www.actgov.org for up to date information. Decisions regarding event cancellations will be made as soon as possible and no later than 3 hours prior to the event. Should no contrary updates be posted, the event is deemed to be active.
