Add Yourself to Your Current-Member Company’s Roster (Receive Member Benefits)

IAC membership is held by organizations.  Once a company joins IAC, all of the company’s employees are eligible to participate in IAC at no additional cost and receive member benefits by association with the company.  Should an individual leave a member organization, member benefits do not transfer with the individual but can be picked up once more if the new company is also an IAC member, or joins.  

IMPORTANT: DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IF YOUR COMPANY IS ALREADY A MEMBER

To add yourself to your company’s membership roster, follow these instructions to link yourself to the organizational account. Click the PRINT FRIENDLY link on the left to print these instructions, then continue!

Ø   View a current Member List. Click here

    If your company is a member, read all instructions before clicking on the “Link to Member” link below

Ø   If your company IS NOT a member, apply for membership – Click here

Ø   If your company IS a member, link to your company's record - Click here to ”Link to Member”

 You’ll see a “New Visitor Registration” link. Click that link.

§  Enter your business email address. The system will search to see if your company is a current member (identified by your email address – eg, tbarker@actgov.org is recognized as an act-iac employee). 

§  Important:  Your email address is required in the indicated box – even if you know you do not have an account or that you have never been to the ACT-IAC website before.  The system is searching for a company match by corporate email conventions.

 

§  Enter the required password. The initial required password is “password” – case sensitive.  You will be given a chance to personalize your password soon.

 

Ø   The system will return one or more member company “matches” with the following message:  The following organization(s) matched your email address.  Please click on the organization hyperlink to be associated with it.”

 

§  Important:  Click on the company link displayed if it matches your organization’s name even if the mailing address listed is different from your own.  You’ll be given a chance to update your address and add your personal information.

 

 

Ø  If the Member List indicates that your company is a member, but  the system was not able to locate an organizational record for you based on your email address, contact Don Becker for assistance.  We’ll be happy to get you set up!
