- Normal meeting time is 3rd Thursday from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM (normally at ACT-IAC conference room)
- Committees should consider how projects can be completed within a six month window
- Goal of meetings is to have some content discussion, not just business status

- Committee to volunteer to keep drumbeat going from September workshop with 10 Gov execs - next meeting would probably be a web meeting - to deal with innovation and thought leadership in Government - will involve other SIGs
